The Personal CARE Program will
help the individual and family to perform routine activities
of daily living. Providers help the clients to function
as independently as possible
About the Services
The Montgomery County Health Department's
Division of Adult & Geriatric Health Services determines
and approves the level of care for each applicant. Each
applicant must have a physician's approval to qualify for
Personal CARE services. Every applicant approved for
Montgomery County Personal Care (MCPC) will be monitored by
a Registered Nurse. The nurse will help the recipient
and will design a plan of care identifying services with which
the provider will help the recipient. Call (301) 324-7130
